On September 16, International Education College hosted a Zijin Mining campus recruitment session, to broaden employment channels for international students, connect them with quality overseas job opportunities, and build a platform for university–enterprise talent exchange. The session was primarily designed for international students from countries where Zijin Mining operates projects and their neighboring countries, while international students with job-seeking intentions from other backgrounds were also welcome to attend.

Presenters covered the company's overview, global project footprint, openings, pay and benefits, career paths, and talent training. Hiring spans mining, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation, IT, chemical engineering, and languages, with social insurance and housing fund, paid leave, meal and accommodation subsidies, and annual check-ups. A dedicated overseas talent program offers outstanding graduates clear promotion tracks and growth platforms abroad.
The session also featured Q&A and resume submission, when students asking about job requirements, work locations, and visa procedures.
