To attract more outstanding international young students and scholars to come to China for short-term exchanges and scientific research cooperation, a number of high-level international summer school programs will be selected and funded. The specific application matters are as follows:

I. Application requirements

1. Duration of the program: Each program should last no less than 14 days and no longer than 3 months. May 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

2. Each institution can apply for more than one program. The projects should focus on key areas such as "Contributing to the Development of Basic and Frontier Disciplines", "Serving the Construction of an International Strategic Cooperation System for Education", "Enhancing International Communications of Chinese-style Modernization", and "Empowering Digital Transformation and Innovation-driven Development".

3. The funded personnel should be undergraduates and above and in-service teachers and young researchers from overseas institutions.

II. Funding

This is a Full Scholarship which covers:

Tuition waiver, on-campus accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Monthly Stipend: 

General Scholars (undergraduate and masters students): CNY 3,000/month.

Senior Scholars (PhD students and above): CNY 3,500/month.
