一、居留许可申请基本规定Basic Regulations for Residence Permit Application
1.持 X1 签证入境中国的国际学生，需在入境之日起 30 天内申请居留许可。申请前，申请人需提供由湖北国际旅行卫生保健中心出具的健康证明。
◦International students entering China with an X1 visa must apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days of entry. Before applying, applicants must provide a Health Certificate issued by the Hubei International Travel Healthcare Center.
2.持 X2 签证入境的国际学生在签证有效期内无需申请居留许可。
◦International students entering China with an X2 visa do not need to apply for a residence permit during the validity period of their visa.
二、体检Physical Examination
（一）必带材料Required Materials
1.护照原件（Original Passport）
2.一张证件照（无钢印等标记）（1 ID photo （without official stamps or other marks））
3.体检报告原件（有效期 6 个月之内）（Original Physical Examination Certificate （if completed in your home country within the past 6 months））
4.体检费用 300 元（300 RMB Fee （if you have not done physical examination in your home country or the medical examination certificate has expired.））
（二）体检地点及时间Examination Location and Time
•地址（Address）：湖北省武汉市江夏区高新大道 430 号（武汉海关综合实验楼内）

（三）办理周期Processing Time
两个工作日之后可领取体检结果。

三、办理居留许可 Residence Permit Application
（一）必带材料Required Materials
1.签证申请表（由 209 办公室出具）（Visa application（issued by 209 office））
2.公函（由 209 办公室出具）（Official letter （issued by 209 office））
3.住宿登记表（由 209 办公室出具）（Accommodation registration form（issued by 209 office）)

4.护照原件和首页复印件一份（Original passport and one copy of the first page）
5.签证页和入境章页复印件一份（One copy of the visa page and entry stamp page）
6.一张证件照,无钢印等其他标记（One ID photo，without official stamps or other marks）
7.录取通知书和 JW201/202表复印件一份（One copy of the Admission Letter and JW form）
8.体检证明（蓝色，复印件）（Physical Examination Certificate （blue one，Photocopy））
注：如办理居留许可延期则不需要提供体检证明和录取通知书
If you are applying for an extension of a residence permit, there is no need to provide a medical examination certificate and admission notice.
（二）办理步骤Procedures（此办理步骤为光谷政务服务中心的办理指引 These procedures are the guidelines for the The Optical Valley Public Service Center.）
1.到1号楼二楼找到自助照相机拍照（外国人签证照相专用 for foreigner’s visa photo），拍照完成拿到照片回执（穿深色衣服（黑、灰、蓝等），穆斯林女生带深色头巾，不要带首饰）。
Go to the Self-Service Photo Booth in Building 1 to take a photo（for foreigner’s visa photo）. You will receive a photo receipt after taking the picture.
· Please wear dark-colored clothes (black, grey, blue, etc.) .Muslim female applicants may wear dark-colored hijabs
· Do not wear any jewelry
2.凭照片回执单到2楼D区（人才服务专区）D60- 61窗口 （外国人服务service for foreigners）提交所有材料
Submit all required documents at Window D60–61 (Service for Foreigners) in Zone D (Talent Service Area) on the 2nd floor with the photo receipt.
3.办理完成后警官会给你一张外国人签证证件受理回执单，确认无误后再签字（务必妥善保管）
After processing, the police officer will issue a VISA /RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION RECEIPT. Please double-check the information before signing and keep it safe.
4.按照回执单上的取证时间，到A41窗口缴费取证（需要本人取证，如要开发票需在缴费时提出）
According to the document collection date stated on the receipt, go to Window A41 to pay the fee and collect your passport. （Passport must be collected in person. If an invoice is required, please request it at the time of payment.）
（三）办理费用Application Fee
•居留许可有效期＜365 天：400 元人民币（validity of RP＜365 days: 400 CNY）
•居留许可有效期≥365 天：800 元人民币（validity of RP≥365 days: 800 CNY）
（四）办理地点及时间Application Location and Time
1.武昌（Wuchang）

（五）办理周期Processing Time
◦武汉市公安局出入境管理局办理居留许可需 7 个工作日。
Seven working days is needed for processing RP application at Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Wuhan Public Security Bureau.
