About The Program

The major aims at engineers and specialists with the knowledge of earth science, environmental science and engineering. The graduates will encounter in-depth and specialized knowledge for environmental protection, contamination control, environmental management and environmental monitoring. Graduates are cultured to know and understand Chinese culture, be familiar with international affairs, and acquire a global view.

The goal is to cultivate high-quality professionals who have the basic theory of earth system science and environmental science and engineering theory and technology practice ability. So many postgraduate students and doctoral students have been trained, and their employment directions are mainly scientific research institutes and universities, as well as various geological related industries and units. Our graduates can engage in the occupational areas of environmental evaluation, environmental programming design, scientific research, management and teaching.

Admission requirements

The level of your prior education must be equivalent to the application requirement according to the admission guide. Graduation requirements

This Master or PhD of Engineering degree is awarded by China University of Geosciences, Wuhan. Students must have taken all the courses the professional training program provides to obtain the required scores and have received the basic training of environmental science and engineering practice, as well as must have completed the degree dissertation which should come from the actual needs in not less than one year.

I started at this university to do Chinese language, there are teachers and classmates who help me improve my Chinese very quickly. Then I am studying in my major Environmental Science and Engineering. I'm always study with my Chinese classmates .My Chinese classmates are very enthusiastic to help me explain all the courses I don't understand.
