Accommodation
International students at CUG live in the Dangui Plaza (international student apartment), a 17-floor building built in 2015. The rooms in Dangui Plaza are equipped with air-conditioner, independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, etc. WIFI and cable access to internet are provided as well. Public kitchens on every floor are open to all students. Laundry in the 1st floor is very convenient and inexpensive, while cafes and convenience stores are just around the corner.
There are several canteens and restaurants on campus offering delicious and inexpensive Chinese and western food. Inside east campus where Dangui Plaza is located, there are Student Canteen, Zhendanyuan Restaurant and Huxinyuan Restaurant. The last one offers various styles of food which appeals to our appetite.
